Level 2 ‘Taking Control of Goods’ Refresher Training Continues
9th December 2019
To ensure that we consistently deliver the highest possible standards in best practice for our teams we arranged and carried out an externally delivered Taking Control of Goods refresher training day for all of our South West HCEAs and the back office support teams on Saturday.
The training covered Level Two taking Control of Goods refresher and also evictions and illegal encampments and the law.
This is part of our commitment to maintaining client and employee retention and satisfaction, with regular training taking place across all departments of the business.
The CICM Level 2 Award in Taking Control of Goods covers the knowledge requirement of those seeking certification to act as an enforcement agent. The qualification tests enforcement law and knowledge about taking control of goods regulations and best practices including the understanding of customer care, particularly those in vulnerable circumstances, and conflict management.
We have decided to push our internal staff members to take this examination in order to provide not only a better service not only for our clients but also to further help our agents out on the field.
