Upon receipt of your instruction, we will generate and serve the required Legal Notice to the individuals on site (normally on the same day) which gives them 24 hours to vacate. Our Agents have a great deal of experience in dealing with Travellers, and as a result on most occasions the site will be cleared within the prescribed time period.

In the unlikely event that they remain on the site, our Agents will have prepared a risk assessment on their initial attendance – which enables us to complete an operational plan for the removal. This will allow the allocation of sufficient resources so that the eviction would be completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will liaise with the Police directly and will also arrange for the attendance of specialist removal equipment on the day.
