Direct Group passes BSI ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 27001 Audits

We are proud to announce that we have maintained two ISO standards following in-depth British Standards Institution (BSI) audits – 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and 27001 (Information Security Management).

The ISO 9001:2015 accreditation ensures that we will be able to provide consistent high-quality performance through proper management, and the ISO 27001 accreditation ensures the highest standards in information security. Working with sensitive information every day, Direct Group takes information security seriously, and this accreditation proves this.
