FCA – Financial Conduct Authority
DCBL are authorised and regulated by the FCA in relation to Debt Collection in order to better protect and more effectively enhance the integrity of our business.
The ICO carries out consensual audits relative to the Data Protection Act and the handling of personal data with data controllers to assess their processing of personal information. The ICO sees auditing as a constructive process with real benefits for data controllers. We adopt, wherever possible, a participative approach including working closely with the data controller to agree the timing and scope of the audit.
CSA – Credit Services Association
CSA are the UK trade association for the debt collection and debt purchase industry. DCBL maintain membership approval in support of the CSA as they are the ‘voice of the collections industry’. A vision of building confidence within the debt collection industry overall is held by making the entire process clear, easy to understand and less stressful for all those involved. All of which is governed by a Code of Practice for the fair, honest and ethical treatment of those involved within Debt Collection.
BSI ISO 27001 Information Security standard
DCBL have achieved and maintain the requirements of BSI ISO 27001 Information Security standard. This standard further demonstrates our continuing commitment to ensuring all of our business practices are as compliant as possible. This standard fully underpins company policies and practices for information security across our business and also further supports those of GDPR requirement.

NLA - National Landlords Association
The NLA is an organisation for private-residential landlords. They work with landlords all over the country to help them make a success of their letting business.
AOS – Approved Operator Scheme (within BPA Membership)
AOS was launched for BPA members in October 2007. The AOS is designed specifically for BPA members that are involved in parking enforcement services on private land or in unregulated public car parks and DCBL maintain its commitment to membership compliance and its dedicated Code of Practice.
BPA – British Parking Association
DCBL maintain accredited membership of the BPA in relation to our work within private parking sector. By maintaining our membership to the BPA we are fully committed to supporting working with stakeholders and government to continue to support and improve compliance by those managing and using parking facilities.
IPC – International Parking Community
IPC is the newest Accredited Trade Association in the Private Parking Sector and DCBL are accredited members. The International Parking Community is an organisation that was created to fulfil the role as an Accredited Trade Association within the parking industry. The IPC operates a Code of Practice that encourages good practice and facilitates the fair release of data where there is a right to recover parking charges.
