DCBL debt recovery staff with their Level 2 Taking Control of Goods certificates

Staff Passing ‘Taking Control of Goods’ Qualification

Congrats to Staff Passing Taking Control of Goods Qualification – Huge Congratulations to the latest DCBL internal team members for completing their Level 2 qualification.

Through our training, personnel development and dedication they managed to achieve incredible results with the joint highest mark being an amazing 95%.

This is part of our commitment to maintaining client and employee retention and satisfaction, with regular training taking place across all departments of the business.

The CICM Level 2 Award in Taking Control of Goods covers the knowledge requirement of those seeking certification to act as an enforcement agent. The qualification tests enforcement law and knowledge about taking control of goods regulations and best practices including the understanding of customer care, particularly those in vulnerable circumstances, and conflict management.

We have decided to push our internal staff members to take this examination in order to provide not only a better service not only for our clients but also to further help our agents out on the field.

So again, Congrats to Staff Passing Taking Control of Goods Qualification.
