Derek Wesson- Bailiff & Allocation Team Leader
Derek Wesson, has over 14 years’ experience in every area of debt collection and enforcement, both on street and in a management role. Accredited to deliver Staffordshire University Law School ‘Taking Control of Goods’ course to Level 3, of which Derek is a joint author.
In his new position, Derek is the Allocation Team Leader and in overall control of running an experienced team of Agents and an office based staff, for all of the High Court, Possession, Eviction and Commercial Rent work.
Derek’s comments: “I am excited to be able to use my knowledge and experience to assist the Agents and the company as a whole to be more efficient and allow the Agents to be more targeted in their attendances and assist them where possible to aid the Enforcement process”.
