As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled, experienced administrator to join our growing team. This role would be ideal for a senior administrator with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. The right person will have a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career within the UK’s fastest growing High Court Enforcement Company.
What you will be offered:
- A base salary of £23,000 per annum – OTE £25,000
- Working hours: Monday-Thursday 9 am – 5 pm, Friday 9 am-4 pm
- Monday – Friday schedule (36.5 hours per week)

The Job Role:
The key role of Business Support is to support the company in the following tasks: –
- Carrying out Searches and Traces on Defendant’s
- Communicating with clients both verbally and in writing
- Setting up new cases on our case management system and supporting the Debt Recovery Team
- Completing applications ensuring all data entries are correct before sending off to the Court
- Completing all set work within a 24 hour turnaround
- Handling personal data and following GDPR Procedures
- Assisting internal departments with data related tasks
- Invoicing and receipting
- Handling time sensitive cases and prioritising workloads
- Email inbox management across several inboxes
- Issuing Notices to Defendants
- Liaising with external partners such as County Courts
Skills and Experience Required:
- Must be IT literate with Word and Excel and qualified to at least GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent). Will be updating and maintaining case files within a bespoke IT system
- The successful candidate will be organised, accurate and methodical in their approach.
- Comfortable working within a team and alone
- Self-starter and Self-motivator are key characteristics for this role
- Precision and attention to detail is a must
- A polite, positive and professional telephone manner is required taking enquiry calls and directing to the relative departments and individuals
- Ability to work in an extremely fast paced office environment
- Ability to multitask
