We are delighted to welcome on board, Vicky Felton, as Operations Director

With over 25 years of industry leadership experience, Vicky brings a wealth of knowledge to DCBL, as she spearheads “efficiencies and effectiveness” across operations. During her distinguished career in telecoms, Vicky spent time at industry giants, O2 and Virgin.

A leading voice for the neurodivergent community in business, Vicky seeks to enhance DCBL’s already exceptional operations, by bringing her unique experience to the team and further enhancing support for both vulnerable customers and colleagues.
