High Court Customer Feedback
26th February 2026
At DCBL, we understand that an enforcement visit is rarely anyone’s idea of a good day. For many people, it can feel overwhelming, stressful, and uncertain. That’s why we are committed to carrying out every visit with professionalism, fairness and, above all, respect.
Enforcement is about more than recovering outstanding balances. It is about upholding the law responsibly, while recognising the real people and circumstances behind every case. Our role is to enforce court orders effectively, but also ethically and compassionately.
We were recently delighted to receive the following feedback from Sarah, after a visit from one of our Enforcement Agents, Mr Rutherford:
“Good afternoon,
My name is Sarah, and unfortunately an enforcement officer attended my address due to my negligence.
I would like to say that Mr. Rutherford is a credit to Direct Collection Bailiffs. When he arrived at my door, he was extremely polite and treated my mother with so much respect.
I have personally had negative experiences with bailiffs in the past, but Mr. Rutherford reassured me that there are still good people out there. I believe in giving credit where it is due.
Thank you again for sending Mr. Rutherford. Please pass on my sincere thanks to him for his kindness and professionalism.
Thank you very much,
Sarah Wilcox”
We believe in giving credit where it is due too, and we are extremely proud to receive feedback like this.
Feedback like Sarah’s reinforces the culture we strive to maintain at DCBL. Our people are our greatest asset, and we take pride in developing Enforcement Agents who represent the company with integrity and professionalism in every interaction.
We would like to thank Sarah for taking the time to share her experience. Positive feedback not only recognises the individual involved but also strengthens our commitment to maintaining the highest standards across the business.
