DCBL Named Awards Finalist for the Ninth Time in Six Months
10th April 2026
DCBL has been named among the leading businesses in the Credit and Collections sector once again for its continued innovation and use of technology. Credit Connect has shortlisted DCBL, and its partner Aryza, in the Best Technology Partnership (Collections) category at the 2026 Credit & Collections Industry Awards.
Over the past 25 years, DCBL has continually set new standards in ethical debt resolution. By integrating advanced, AI-driven tools, we have transformed how collections are managed, enhancing efficiency, improving early engagement, and most importantly, delivering better outcomes for customers, including those in vulnerable circumstances.
Through the partnership with Aryza, we have implemented a digital bridge between traditional letter-driven collections and digital payments. This allows us to offer a broader range of communication channels following the first engagement.
By automating routine queries, many interactions are now handled digitally, allowing our specialist Vulnerability and Welfare Team to focus on customers requiring personalised support. This combination of technology and a human touch improves outcomes and reduces stress.
Commenting on the news, Jamie Gibson, Managing Director of DCBL, said:
“Being named a finalist marks our ninth award nomination since joining DCBL, reflecting the consistent impact of our approach. We are committed to streamlining the collections process and payment journeys, while ensuring compassion and empathy remain central to everything we do.
“DCBL has a track record of pushing industry standards and continually adopting new technologies to improve debt resolution for its customers. Businesses want an expert partner that can balance commercial pressures with regulatory expectations – that is DCBL”.
“We wish everyone shortlisted the best of luck and hope we can add another accolade to our growing list. DCBL will continue its innovation, ethical practice, and customer-centric approach to collections across sectors in its 25th year and beyond.”
The annual awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 21st May 2026 at Eastwood Hall Hotel in Nottingham and will see the best businesses in Credit, Collections and Debt gather to celebrate their collective successes.
This shortlist announcement marks DCBL’s ninth award nomination in just six months, reflecting the consistent impact of our approach. Recent award wins include: Innovation in Collections & Recoveries at the Credit Connect Credit & Collections Technology Awards 2025, and Excellence in Supporting Vulnerable Customers at the CICM British Credit Awards 2026.
DCBL, and its sister company DCB Legal, offer a One Solution approach which brings together enforcement, legal services, and technology to create an end-to-end, seamless debt resolution experience.
