DCBL is a finalist in the Collections & Vulnerability Awards

We’re pleased to announce that DCBL has been named a finalist in two categories at this year’s Collections & Vulnerability Awards, presented by Credit Strategy.

We have been shortlisted for the Best Vulnerable Customer Support Initiative award and Best Use of Technology award. These nominations celebrate the advances we have made in customer care, technological innovation and best practice across credit and collections.

At DCBL, we’re committed to developing innovative solutions, using our technology led approach to ensure that collections can be made simpler and faster to increase early engagement rates. We are also continually building on our operational efficiencies to ensure that we can protect and support customers, especially those who are most vulnerable.

Commenting on the award nominations, DCBL Managing Director, Darren Connor said:

“We are proud to be shortlisted in two categories at this year’s Collections & Vulnerability Awards. Being recognised in these categories demonstrates our ongoing commitment to using technology in ways that genuinely supports vulnerable customers, while also improving efficiency and early engagement rates.

The Collections & Vulnerability Awards aim to recognise the resilience and innovation of collections professionals who are leading the way in tackling customer vulnerability. To be counted among them reflects the dedication and commitment of our team in improving solutions and working towards best practice within the industry.”

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 15th October 2025 at The Monastery in Manchester. We would like to send our congratulations to all those shortlisted at the awards – we look forward to celebrating the industry together later this month.

These nominations follow our shortlist in four categories at this year’s Credit & Collections Technology Awards 2025, where we have been recognised for our Vulnerable Customer Identification & Screening Solution and Use of Technology.

Being acknowledged in both award programmes is a reminder of the impact of our work and our commitment to shaping best practice across the industry.
