DCBL App makes the headlines
10th June 2025
We recently launched our ground-breaking App, which attracted heavy media coverage from many leading platforms, such as Credit Connect, Finextra, National World and The Paypers, the DCBL App has gained an influx of users, enabling them to ‘take the stress out of debt.’
Designed and developed to reduce financial stress and provide our customer base an accessible communication and payment channel; the DCBL App is revolutionising the debt resolution industry.
The DCBL App is a core element of our TC25 Campaign. Our Managing Director, Darren Connor, provided a quote to Credit Connect, who covered the app launch in relation to TC25:
“We understand that financial hardship is about more than just numbers – it’s about real people. Through the Tackling Credit in 2025 campaign, the company is committed to making a real, measurable impact by providing the tools, resources, and support necessary to help our customers regain financial independence and take the stress out of debt.”
As part of our ethical approach to debt resolution, we sought to gain a deeper understanding of our customers, which is reflected in Finextra’s article about the app:
“DCBL’s research of 2,000 UK adults found that the vast majority (93%) of people felt more in control of their finances when there was a mobile app available.”
Our research discovered that financial anxiety is a growing concern amongst the UK public and that having a mobile app available would make it quicker and easier for our customers to resolve their debt, which National World highlighted in their coverage.
As the leading debt resolution company in the UK, the DCBL App and TC25 campaign is a continuation of our core principles: investing in people, processes and technology.
As explored in Paypers recent feature, the development of our app is well informed and supported by our comprehensive market research:
“The potential benefits of the technology span all age groups, with 88% of 25- to 34-year-olds stating that the app can help them pay bills on time, while 84% of those aged 65 and above reported that digital technology enables them to manage their finances.”

The app is available to download now via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
