Darren Connor joins DCBL as Operations Director

Darren Connor joins DCBL as Operations Director – DCBL is pleased to welcome Darren Connor into the role of Operations Director.

Darren has been working in the Civil Enforcement and Legal sectors for over 30 years, where he was involved in managing many local and central government contracts, including for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS). He has also held an Enforcement Agents Certificate for 31 years and has worked at all levels in the collection of all debt types.

Darren has accumulated vast experience in managing external and internal operational enforcement teams to deliver compliant and ethical enforcement services. As well as developing, training and supporting colleagues to maximise their full potential to deliver a first-class service to clients.

As a way to drive up standards, he commissioned and co-authored the first Level 3 qualification in Taking Control of Goods, which exceeded the legislative requirements of the Certification of Enforcement Agent Regulations.
