We are absolutely delighted to announce a new four-year exclusivity partnership between DCBL and Horizon Parking, one of the largest private parking operators in the country. The agreement, which commenced this March, sees DCBL appointed to deliver exclusive first placement debt resolution services across all Horizon Parking cases.
We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Darren Goodey, Group Commercial Director, and Chris Donovan, Group Finance Director, from Horizon Parking to our offices. It was fantastic to have them on-site to tour the office, meet the wider team, and see our operation in action.

This exclusive partnership follows a highly competitive “champion challenge” process. During this rigorous selection phase, DCBL outperformed two major competitors by demonstrating superior recovery performance and deep sector expertise. Crucially, we achieved this while maintaining the highest compliance standards and protecting our client’s reputation.
