End User Agreement – Debtor App

This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and DCBL Payment App (“DCBL”), governing your use of the DCBL Payment App software and services. By using the DCBL Payment App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DCBL Payment App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the DCBL Payment App.

2. License

DCBL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the DCBL Payment App solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer your rights under this license.

3. Registration

In order to use certain features of the DCBL Payment App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date.

4. Payment Services

The DCBL Payment App allows you to send payments electronically. By using the payment services, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. DCBL may impose fees for certain transactions, which will be disclosed to you prior to completing the transaction.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the DCBL Payment App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the DCBL Payment App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or illegal gambling.

6. Privacy

DCBL respects your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://dcbltd.com/privacy-policy/). By using the DCBL Payment App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The DCBL Payment App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by DCBL or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the DCBL Payment App without the express written consent of DCBL.

8. Termination

DCBL may terminate this Agreement and your access to the DCBL Payment App at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the DCBL Payment App and delete all copies of the DCBL Payment App from your devices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DCBL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the DCBL Payment App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK laws . Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts.

11. Changes to the Agreement

DCBL reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes to the Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on the DCBL website or within the DCBL Payment App. Your continued use of the DCBL Payment App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
