Ethical Litigation

In circumstances where escalation may be required, cases are able to be seamlessly transitioned to DCB Legal. Because we operate a unified approach, there is no messy handover, no lost context, and no delay- providing a consistent journey for both the customer and the client.

Before a claim is issued, our advanced vulnerability modelling is applied once more; these thorough checks ensure we only look to obtain a judgment in cases where it is appropriate to do so. This thorough, bespoke process ensures that litigation is highly effective escalation process while comprehensively shielding our clients from any reputational risk – and most importantly protecting vulnerable customers.

High Court Enforcement

Following a successfully obtained County Court Judgment (CCJ), the case transitions smoothly back to DCBL for our specialist team to facilitate the transfer of the CCJ up to a High Court Writ of Control. Because this handover happens entirely internally, we eliminate the traditional administrative delays associated with instructing a third-party High Court Company, allowing enforcement action to commence promptly and efficiently.

Once the Writ is issued and notice of enforcement has expired, our nationwide team of Certificated Enforcement Agents is instructed. In a traditional recovery model, agents often visit properties blind to the customer’s history, with ‘One Solution’ however, our High Court Enforcement Agents are equipped with the complete history of the case minimising customer frustration and speeding up the enforcement process.
