PPC Marketing Executive

DCBL are one of the leading Debt Recovery and High Court Enforcement companies in the UK. Working alongside our sister company DCB Legal, we have created an end-to-end debt recovery and litigation service, which is second to none.

As a result of our continued growth, we have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced PPC Executive to join our award winning and dynamic group marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in PPC management, with a strong understanding of Google Ads. This role involves managing specific campaigns within our Google Ads account, with an emphasis on optimising performance and driving conversions.

What’s on Offer?

  • A base salary of £28,000 per annum with an OTE of £35,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise specific campaigns within our Google Ads account to meet performance objectives and ROI targets.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular performance reports and insights to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for campaign expansion and improvement.
  • Utilise Google Analytics and other relevant tools to analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising to ensure DCBL remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
  • Support the marketing team on various projects as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PPC management, with a focus on Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads platform and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
