How We Work
To ensure we achieve the highest standard of service from all our officers we have invested and integrated state of the art Logo Soft tracking software as approved by the British Security Industry Association (BSIA). This software enables overall tracking, monitoring and real time control of planning and performance in the form of:
- Patrol Manager- to ensure that processes and effectiveness of provision are all tightly controlled and optimum manpower is achieved in key operational areas
- Roster Manager- which produces a duty roster at the touch of a button, a complete management information system and overall manpower scheduling tool.
- Operations Manager- adds real-time data capture features, greatly improving the efficiency and effectiveness of control room activities. Accurate call times are recorded with audible and visual late call warnings, and real-time incident logging resulting in improved customer service, key operations data and health and safety compliance.
Client Reporting
In addition to this all officers wear Guard Attendance Tag’s (GAT). This is a simple but effective method of verifying the officer’s attendance at a given location and enabling us to provide extensive KPI reports to our clients.
All Security solutions personnel are carefully selected, trained, site inducted and professionally managed. It is highly important to us that officers reflect the ethos of the client and our own high standards.
