Our Key Holding and Alarm Response service is typically used if out of hours access is required to a building or other site for security and safety purposes. We operate from a continuously manned control room that monitors alarm systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

When the alarm is activated and you want to be sure that your premises are not left unprotected you can be confident that Direct Security Solutions will have someone on your premises as swiftly as possible. We’ll investigate the exterior of your premises and once secure, we’ll notify you of any issues.

What We Do

Direct Security Solutions will survey your premises and conduct a thorough assessment tailored to your needs. Keys to your premises will be kept in our secure control room vault and on notification of an alarm activation one of our fast-response officers will be dispatched to investigate.

False Alarm: In the event of a false alarm, your system will be reset, the premises secured and an attendance report left on site for your records.

Confirmed Intruder Alarm: In the event of an actual break-in, one of our fast-response units will be deployed to your premises to preserve the scene of the crime, notify you and the police. The officer will remain on-site to liaise with the authorities and arrange for your property to be secured until a member of your staff arrives at the premises.
