Key Holding & Alarm Response
Direct Security Key Holding & Alarm Response service protects you and your staff from unnecessary risk (Corporate Manslaughter & Corporate Homicide Act 2007/ Health & Safety at Work Act 1974).
We will attend alarm activation and investigate the external shell of your premises, unless there is a problem you will not be contacted. Direct Security Solutions operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
This service is often used if out of hours access is required to a building or other site for security or safety purposes.
When the Alarm is activated and you want to be sure that your premises are not left unprotected you can be confident that Direct Security Solutions will have someone on your premises as swiftly as possible.
Direct Security Solutions will survey your premises and draw together a specific assignment instruction tailored to your needs. Keys to your premises will be kept in our secure control room vault and on notification of an alarm activation at your premises one of our fast response officers will be dispatched to investigate.
For your free initial survey please contact us and have peace of mind and discuss our key holding service.
False Alarm: In the event of a false alarm your system will be reset, the premises secured and an attendance report left on site for your records.
Confirmed Intruder Alarm: In the event of an actual break in one of our fast response units will be deployed to your premises to preserve the scene of crime, notify you and the police. The officer will remain on site to liaise with the authorities and arrange your property to be secured and made safe or until a member of your staff arrives at the premises.
